Appointments can be conducted in person, on the phone or online. Please contact DLH prior to your appointment to confirm how you want to proceed with your appointment – by phone, online or in person. This is best done via a free phone consultation but a text is OK. At the scheduled appointment time, you agree to arrive at DHL, to call DHL at the phone number listed on the DLH website or enter the online appointment. Since appointments will not extend past the originally scheduled appointment end time, please be on time for your appointment(s). If you are late, DLH does not provide a refund for the time you missed.
